Officine Tecniche De Pasquale S.r.l. (OTDP) is a leading company in the supply of engineering and industrial maintenance services on rotating machines and static equipment, specializing in the management and execution of plant shutdowns (the so-called Turnaround Maintenance or TAM), in the repair and construction of carpentry , pipes, pumps and spare parts for first-rate customers.
OTDP has around 200 employees, to which are added those selected "ad hoc" during the TAM based on the specificity and onerousness of the commitment.

The legal and administrative headquarters are in Modugno (Bari), while the commercial direction is in Milan.

OTDP works both in Italy and abroad; on the national territory it currently has 7 stable operating sites, including the main workshop in Modugno, linked to customers with medium-long term contracts, at:

• Petrochemical Pole of Ferrara - (Versalis and Nuovo Pignone Baker Hughes)
• Ancona refinery, through the associated company OTDP Operations Srl - (Ip Industrial)
