As a valuable example to bring forward OTDP has got their in-house Pump testing facility which can be witnessed by the client at the end of the overhauling activities on the centrifugal pumps.

OTDP Pump testing facility enables to carry out the complete mechanical and performance tests to provide a global solution as a further guarantee to the service activities performed by OTPD technical personnel on the following pump type:

• Horizontal pumps
• Vertical pumps

Through the above mentioned tests these represent the monitored data usually available:

• Head/Flow curve
• Performance curve
• NPSH
• Vibrations
• Temperature

Every test is followed by a detailed Test Report certifying the performance behaviour of the pump.
