"Officine Tecniche De Pasquale s.r.l." are committed to undertake and implement the policy of Total Quality with the aim to enhance continuous improvements to meet customer satisfaction, by providing service products in compliance with the latest standard criteria applicable, within the agreed lead times, and fulfilling the current laws and regulations on HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).
The Company understand the needs and requirements to plan all those processes having influence on the Quality of each product as well as on the Quality Management System to achieve the above objectives.
In the management of all the procedures the “Officine Tecniche De Pasquale S.r.l.” works in accordance to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate No. 513/96 & IT-3028).
Quality Assurance Manager in coordination with other resources does make sure that the above guidelines are followed also in accordance to the QM (Quality Manual), and more in specific he looks after the following procedures:
- Checking of outsourced materials and/or their manufacturing process;
- Issuing and certifying either the test and performance results;
- Managing the measuring instruments on regular basis;
- Managing the non-compliance issues seeking for solutions;
- Managing the inspection tests required by customers;
- Monitoring the inspection and working schedules;
- Organizing periodical training programs.
